If we have arranged freight to your premises and damage has occurred during transit, all goods are insured from our warehouse to your business.

We offer a one year warranty on all equipment. Extended warranty terms are available on request. Conditions may apply. We also offer an extended Service Agreement to keep your equipment in prime condition.

It is important that every customer reads the operator manual and acquaints themselves with the equipment before use. We are happy to assist customers with training if required at a moderate cost. It is imperative that the customer carefully follows the cleaning and maintenance instructions contained in the operator manual as we do not warrant equipment that has been mishandled or incorrectly used. Failing to follow the operator manual instructions could result in warranty on equipment being voided.

Since 1939 Brice Australia has been selling and maintaining high end quality food preparation equipment. We have a qualified team of technicians on the road that can repair on site.

Brice Australia is proud of its products and backs each one with a nationwide support and maintenance network of trained technicians and factory-original spare parts. Service centres in each State can comprehensively support all our equipment. In addition to its normal service arrangements, Brice offers a Support Agreement to suit our clients and their equipment.

We welcome customers to visit our showroom in Bayswater Melbourne to see our equipment. Our Brisbane showroom also carries a limited line of equipment. Simply call 1300 664 880 and we can arrange for a member of our sales or service team to do a demonstration.

Equipment can be collected from our Head office in Melbourne or from our Brisbane office.

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8.30am -4.30pm excluding public holidays.

Depending on availability all equipment will be despatched as soon as payment has been cleared.

Spare Parts FAQs

We stock a comprehensive range of factory-original spare parts that can be shipped almost anywhere in Australia within 48 hours.

Simply call us on 1300 664 880 and we will happily book a service call for you.

We have trained service technicians on staff in all capital cities, so we are usually able to attend a Service call within 48 hours. For more remote areas we have a network of skilled contractors.

We stock a comprehensive range of factory-original spare parts that can be shipped almost anywhere in Australia within 48 hours. If we do not have stock on hand we can usually airfreight parts in within 72 hours depending on availability. Freight charges will apply for expedited orders.

Any item can be serviced within the warranty period during our normal business hours (Mon – Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm). Normal service charges will apply except for warranty repairs. Equipment subject to warranty repairs must be returned to us for initial assessment and repair.
